Proper insulation is critical, especially in Florida’s heat. We use a combination of closed-cell spray foam and Thinsulate to create a thermal barrier that keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter — without moisture issues.

Modern van builds run on lithium battery banks with solar charging, shore power hookups, and smart inverters. A typical system includes 200-600Ah of lithium, 200-800W of rooftop solar, a 2000-3000W inverter, and a DC-DC charger for alternator charging. Our electrician, Terry, designs every system from scratch based on your power needs.

CNC-Precision Cabinetry

This is where we really stand out. Every cabinet, wall panel, and ceiling panel in our builds is designed in Fusion 360 and cut on our CNC router. That means millimeter-perfect fits, repeatable quality, and a finished product that looks and feels like high-end furniture — not a DIY project.

Plumbing & Climate

Fresh water, grey water, hot water heater, indoor shower, AC, diesel heater, MaxxAir fans — a full build has all the systems of a small apartment, engineered to fit in 60-100 square feet.

Kitchen & Living

Full galley kitchens with sink, cooktop, refrigerator, and counter space. Sleeping areas designed for real mattresses. Storage solutions that maximize every cubic inch.
