Custom Builds
Before spec models, custom is where we started — and we still build them. If our lineup doesn’t check every box, a custom build lets you design a van that’s 100% yours. We’re currently accepting custom builds for 2027.
How It Works
From first call to hitting the road — here’s what the process looks like.
Consultation
Tell us how you want to live on the road. Solo? Family? Full-time? Weekends? We’ll talk through your needs, budget, and must-haves to make sure a custom build is the right fit.
Design & Planning
Once your $5,000 deposit is received, design begins. We start with 2D floor plans, then draft a full 3D model in Fusion 360 for your approval. Every cabinet, every panel — designed before we cut a single piece.
Budget & Finishes
We create a detailed build budget with options for every component. Pick and choose the products, materials, and finishes that fit your needs and style. You’re in full control.
Build Phase
Our team brings it to life — 12 to 16 weeks of CNC-precision cabinetry, professional electrical, plumbing, and finishing. All done in-house at our Atlantic Beach shop. You’ll get updates along the way.
Walkthrough & Delivery
Walk through your completed van with us. We’ll show you every system, every feature, and make sure you’re fully road-ready before you drive off into your next adventure.

We build exclusively on the Mercedes Sprinter — the gold standard for van conversions.
Sprinter 144
Compact and capable. Perfect for solo adventurers and couples who want agility without sacrificing comfort.
Sprinter 170
The most popular wheelbase. Room for a full kitchen, bathroom, and fixed bed — the sweet spot for full-time living.
