Both! We are a licensed auto dealer and can help source the right vehicle for your build. We have relationships with dealerships and can often find exactly what you need. You are also welcome to bring your own van if you already have one.

Custom builds start at $100,000 and up, depending on the platform, layout, and finishes you choose. Every build is different — we create a detailed budget with you so there are no surprises. We also offer spec (pre-built) vans at various price points.

Custom builds generally take 12 to 16 weeks from start to finish. Spec vans take us 6 to 8 weeks to complete. This includes design, sourcing, and the full build. We keep you updated throughout the process with regular progress photos and check-ins.

If it's a good fit, you'll place a deposit to kick off the design phase where we create 2D floor plans and 3D models in Fusion 360. After design approval, we finalize your build budget and schedule your build slot.

Yes! For 2026 we're launching two spec models — the FamVan (family build on Sprinter 170) and the Baseline (couples build on Ford Transit). These come with proven layouts and you choose your fit and finish. It's the best of both worlds: our tested designs with your personal touch. Check our Models page for details.

Our full builds are turnkey — everything you need for comfortable off-grid living. That includes: sleeping area, kitchen galley with sink and cooktop, refrigerator, indoor shower, toilet, off-grid lithium electrical system, solar, shore power, AC, diesel heater, hot water heater, MaxxAir fan, custom cabinetry, and more. Every build is different, and you choose the options that fit your lifestyle.

Yes. We offer a one-year builder warranty on all of our work. If anything we installed or built has an issue, we will make it right. Product-specific warranties from manufacturers (appliances, electrical components, etc.) are handled directly through those brands.
